Delete your account

You can delete your PetCare Pro account yourself, at any time. It takes under a minute.

In the app or on the web

1. Sign in to PetCare Pro on the phone app, or at pet.iraady.com.
2. Open Settings (on the phone it is the last tab).
3. Choose Delete my account.
4. Enter your password and type DELETE to confirm.

What happens

• Your account is erased straight away: your login, every pet, vaccination, medicine and dose record, weights, vet visits, appointments, photos, uploaded documents, sitter links and their entries, and messages from finders.
• Every emergency QR tag stops working at once and shows an “unavailable” page.
• This cannot be undone and we cannot restore it afterwards. If you want to keep your records, download each pet's health summary (PDF) from the pet's page first.

If you cannot sign in

Email hello@iraady.com from the email address on the account, with the subject “Delete my PetCare Pro account”. We will confirm it is you and erase the account within 30 days.
