Privacy policy
PetCare Pro is run by Iraady Ltd (London and Kigali). This page explains what we keep and why, in plain words. Questions: hello@iraady.com.
What we store
- Your account: your name, email address, a hashed password (we cannot read it), your country, time zone and weight unit. A phone number only if you add one.
- Your pets: everything you enter. For example name, species, breed, birth date, microchip number, allergies, medicine, vaccinations, vet visits, weights, appointments, vet and emergency contacts, and photos or PDFs you upload (such as an insurance policy).
- Pet sitters: the name, optional email and dates you enter, which pets you shared, and the entries a sitter makes. We store only a scrambled (hashed) version of the sitter link, so we cannot show it again.
- Messages from finders: if someone scans a tag and sends you a message, we store their message, and the name and phone or email they typed.
- Technical records: when you sign in we note the time, your IP address and browser type to keep the account secure. We keep a log of changes made in your account.
Who can see it
- You. Nobody else on PetCare Pro can open your account.
- Anyone with a pet's emergency QR link sees only the fields you ticked for that pet. You can switch the page off or replace the QR code at any time.
- A sitter with a sitter link sees the care details of the pets you chose, for the dates you set, until you switch it off.
- Our staff can reach the database only to run the service, fix problems or answer a request from you.
We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our only cookie keeps you signed in.
Services we use
The app runs on servers from Amazon Web Services. Web traffic passes through Cloudflare. When email is switched on (password reset, sitter invitations, finder messages), emails are sent through Amazon SES. These providers process data for us under their own terms and do not use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, the account, every pet and record, uploaded files, sitter links and messages are erased from the live service straight away.
Your choices and rights
- Change or remove any entry in the app.
- Delete your account yourself: Settings, then Delete my account (web or phone app). See also the delete your account page.
- Ask for a copy of your data or a correction by emailing hello@iraady.com from your account email. If you live in the UK, EU or another place with data protection law, you have the rights that law gives you, including to complain to your data protection authority.
Health information about animals
PetCare Pro stores information about your pets, which is not personal health data about you. It is not a veterinary record. Vaccination schedules shown are typical starting points; ask your vet before relying on a date.
Children
PetCare Pro is for adults. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to set up the account.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will say so in the app or by email before it starts. Last updated: 6 November 2026.
