Terms of use

These terms are between you and Iraady Ltd (London and Kigali), who run PetCare Pro. By creating an account you agree to them. Last updated: 6 November 2026.

What PetCare Pro is

PetCare Pro is a record-keeping tool for pet owners and pet professionals. It stores the information you enter, reminds you about doses and dates, and can show a public emergency page and sitter pages that you control.

It is not a veterinary service. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice. Vaccination schedules and other suggestions are typical starting points only. Always follow your vet's advice on vaccines, medicine and doses. Reminders and notifications can fail (a phone can be off, notifications can be blocked), so do not rely on them as your only safeguard.

Your account

  • Give correct details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • You must be an adult, or use the account with a parent or guardian.
  • You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Plans, trial and payment

  • New accounts get 14 days of every feature. After that you keep the Free plan, which includes one pet. Existing records are never deleted because of a plan limit.
  • Paid plans (Pet Plus, Family, Professional) are charged monthly in pounds. Online payment is being set up; until it is live, plans are arranged by email at hello@iraady.com. You can stop a paid plan at any time by email, and it ends at the end of the period you paid for.
  • Prices can change. We will tell you before a change applies to you.

What you must not do

  • Do not use PetCare Pro to harass anyone, to share things you have no right to share, or to upload files that are illegal or contain malware.
  • Do not try to break into other people's accounts or to overload the service.
  • Do not give a sitter link or QR link to someone you do not trust. Anyone with the link can see what it shows, until you switch it off.

Emergency pages and messages

You decide what the emergency page shows. A finder's message and contact details are whatever that person typed; we cannot check them. Be careful when meeting a stranger.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Iraady Ltd is not liable for losses that come from missed reminders, wrong dates, or decisions made about a pet's health using the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law or liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes before they apply. Questions: hello@iraady.com. English law applies, unless the law where you live gives you stronger rights.
